No. If you interested to test our quality, we recommended to try small orders before placing bulk orders. 

We use DHL, UPS, EMS, Air Cargo, and Container 20″/40″.
You can choose which courier you want, but we sometimes replace the courier of your choice with a courier who is better prepared to deliver your package. the development of the kratom issue which we continue to monitor allows us to decide better which courier will be the choice.

As long as we are contacted before your order leaves our warehouse, we are able to change your delivery address. Please submit a ticket with your full name, order number, email address, and the new shipping address you would like your order sent to. Once received we will update your order to reflect the new delivery address.

We will send your order after your payment is clear in our account, please send us confirmation of payment has been made (for international bank transfers, funds usually arrive in our account within 3 working days). For big orders, we will produce your order after payment with our engine capacity of 875Kg / Day. (we will inform you about the development of the production and packing step by step)

When the package is ready, we will contact the courier to pick up the goods in our warehouse. after the courier gives us the tracking number we will immediately inform you.
